Client Experiences
Real stories of moving from stuck to unstuck.
People come to me for different reasons—feeling stuck, navigating grief or loss, struggling with destructive patterns, or simply knowing something needs to change.
Their circumstances are different, but the goal is much the same: to move forward with greater clarity, freedom, and hope.

FEATURED EXPERIENCE
Working with Tom gave me the courage to break patterns I had been stuck in for years. He gave me the tools and taught me how to use them. He is an encourager, but he also gently challenges you to do the work. I’m in a very different place now—more grounded, more hopeful, and more like myself.

Different Journeys. A Common Direction.
While every person’s circumstances are unique, meaningful change often begins with the same thing: a willingness to take the next step.
My experience with Tom and his counseling/coaching has been very positive. The reason why it works for me is that he's a man that grounds his advice in the Word of God. He has this Godly wisdom and grace about him that makes it easy to accept the advice that he gives. I really recommend his services.

GETTING UNSTUCK
RECOVERY & LIFE CHANGE
Outwardly I was fine, good in fact, if you asked how I was doing. Inwardly I was full of shame. When my wife discovered my porn habit, I was no longer fine. Shame was winning. Dr. Tom has been helping me not only realize but also heal from early childhood trauma and develop tools to fight negative thought patterns. My wife and I are both thankful for Dr. Tom.

“For too long, I dismissed the loss of my innocence at a very young age. I didn’t think of it as a loss; I just thought I had to move on. Tom listened without judgment and helped me identify the loss and begin to heal. I still have difficult days, but I feel like I can breathe.”

GRIEF AND LOSS
Tom brings the tools, compassion, and instinct that deliver fresh perspective and practical steps for moving forward on my growth goals. In many ways, his guidance led to unexpected positive outcomes. He is especially insightful on issues and challenges specific to men. Even when it didn't benefit his own practice, he recommended a different kind of personal work that has been hugely beneficial.
